THE WORK PERK PASTAPIING COMPETITION TERMS
We are running this promotion on 2 separate dates, the terms of which are included below.
1. Promoter’s name and address
Market Fresh Limited t/a PastaPiing, Oliver’s Barn, Maldon Road, Witham, Essex CM8 3HY. The Work Perk administers the prize competitions on behalf of the Promoter.
2. Restrictions and requirements
Only one entry per person for the prize competition.
Entrants may only enter the competition being run at the time they are presented with a Pastapiing sample, for example, an entrant may not enter the Summer Competition using the Pastapiing sample presented to them for the Spring Competition.
The prize competitions are open to workers of the organisations, which are members of The Work Perk, as well as employees of The Work Perk.
The prize competitions are not open to employees of The Work Perk (and their immediate families) who are directly connected with the administration of the prize competition.
Unless otherwise stated, entrants must be UK residents aged 18 years or over, but participants who are resident in Northern Ireland are excluded.
3. How to participate
You will have been provided with a sample of Pastapiing by The Work Perk agent for your organisation. The Work Perk agent is the person who registers the organisation they work for as a participating member organisation of The Work Perk network of samplers:
- simply enjoy your sample of Pastapiing and email your Work Perk Agent the recipe and photo of your culinary creation; and
- then follow the link to the online feedback form provided to you in the email you received from The Work Perk agent. Complete the form and submit!
- The Work Perk agents – will automatically be entered into the prize competition aimed exclusively at The Work Perk agents.
Entries which are incomplete, misspelt, or incomprehensible are void and will not be entered into these prize competitions.
4. Selection of the winner
The winners of the competition will be the top fifty (50) entries selected by a panel of judges including one independent member, to be the photo and recipe combination which show the most interesting Pastapiing creation.
The judges’ decision is final and binding.
The winning Work Perk agent will be the agent connected to the organisation which has the largest number of photo and recipes in the top fifty (50) submitted from its workers.
- Winners of the photo and recipe prize competition - £100 Amazon voucher.
- Work Perk agent - £100 John Lewis voucher.
6. Notification of the results and receipt of the prizes
The winner will be notified by email or telephone no later than the notification date. The prize will be delivered by 1st class post.
If The Work Perk cannot: (i) contact the winner (via the details provided at the date of entry) within a reasonable period of time (to be established at the Promoter's sole discretion), The Work Perk reserves the right to re-draw a winner of the competition and thereafter until a winner on these terms is found.
Details of the winner will be available six weeks after the closing date by emailing email@example.com
If you are the winner, you agree that the Promoter and The Work Perk may use your name and town of residence to announce the winner of the relevant prize competition and for any other reasonable and related promotional purposes connected with the competitions.
In entering the prize competitions, you confirm that you are eligible to do so, eligible to claim the prize and that you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
Once you have submitted an entry, you grant the Promoter a worldwide royalty-free right to use any copyright content in your entry for the purposes of marketing any products being promoted by the prize competitions.
The Promoter reserves the right to hold void, suspend, cancel, or amend the prize competitions where it becomes necessary to do so.
These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and any disputes shall be subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the English Courts.
8. Dates: opening date - 23 July 2018. Closing date - 10 August 2018 at 5.00 pm.
9. Notification of the winner: the winners will be notified no later than 24 August 2018 at 5:00 pm.
