Spicy sausage fusilli

Method

  1. Chop your onion into a fine dice and slice your courgette into discs.
  2. Using scissors or a knife slice your cooked sausage diagonally (so it absorbs more sauce).
  3. Heat the olive oil in a saucepan over a medium heat and cook the onions and peppers and chilli until soft.
  4. Add the fennel seeds and cook for a further minute.
  5. Pour in the chopped tomatoes, add a pinch of salt and pepper and cook for 2 more minutes until the tomatoes have reduced.
  6. Add in your cooked sausage.
  7. Start your 90 second Pasta Piing Fusilli.
  8. Turn the heat off the sauce, remove your pasta from the microwave and throw it all together.

Pesto Chicken Penne

Method

  1. In a pan heat the olive oil and fry the chopped tomato and garlic over a medium heat.
  2. Add the cooked chicken and sweetcorn until warmed through.
  3. Start your 90 second Pasta Piing Penne.
  4. Stir your pesto into the sauce mix and continue to heat gently until pasta is cooked.
  5. Combined the pasta and the sauce, add the torn basil leaves and top with your parmesan and fresh cherry tomatoes.

No hob? Even easier:

Combine pesto, cooked chicken, sweetcorn, parmesan and raw tomato in a bowl, stir through your pasta and serve!

Lemony Spaghetti with Peas and Tuna

Method

  1. Mix the chopped onion, lemon juice, capers, tuna and olives in a bowl at room temperature.
  2. Cover your peas with water and microwave for 3 minutes until cooked. Set aside.
  3. Start your 90 second Pasta Piing Spaghetti.
  4. Drain the peas.
  5. Combine all your ingredients in a bowl with your pasta, stir and enjoy.

No hob? Even easier:

Stir tinned sweetcorn, lemon juice, drained tuna and capers into your cooked spaghetti and enjoy!
